page....this is a big leap for the administration - at least, they 
are responding to questions....

Now, how do we find out if Mr PG Baruah is in town?? Mitra - did you 
mean - he's here in the US or the DC Metro? it would be great if we 
can find out if he is in the vicinity. Lets hope the Assam Tribune or 
the Sentinel organizes such interactive sessions - between the people 
and the Govt!

I am copying the Assam Tribune email address - in case, we hear from 
them about Mr Baruah's whereabouts.
