Dear Rajib Bhai,
I do agree that Murli Manohar or any past education minister (or any other minister) have ever done their job as well as it could have been done --as far as my knowledge goes. I think Newton said about his successes--that "I can see far becos I'm standing on the shooulders of giants."
Where are the giants in Indian scenario?
I do not say that Murli Manhor is right --I only say that do not try to create arguements which go against the law of the land --if necessary so --then try to ccreate an atmosphere whereby redundant laws are replaced by dynamic , effective ones.
One argument I found interesting was that by the same logic (of IIM fee reduction and govt interference ) all Indian Univs have touched rock bottom.
