Either you are missing compileall.py or a symlink called python
that links to /usr/lib/python2.3

There is no command called plucker; you should look for
plucker-build.

plucker-build is a symlink to Spider.py and is created by the
rpm, but if it fails then you won't get that symlink...

Run 'rpm -e plucker' and then re-install the plucker rpm.
