The center-stage of this debate is Assam,more precisely " roads in Assam".Why should I scratch my head for an answer with regard to the level of corruption,involving construction of national highways and be aroused by it?
What pevents the state Government from building its own infrastructures ( of which road-building is one of the components)? The Govt.of Assam ( and not the Center),who should be ashamed of not being able to provide its citizens with good roads---if they have any shame left.
