Guidelines violations in Assam by interviewers/employers are pretty
common - there got to be a way to deal with such violations.

There are not many jobs out there (in Assam) so candidates need to
prepare for interviews as well - just do not seat-back with high performances 
records.

Somehow needs to find a way to make all students aware about the
