Management/Guidelines:
A group of four moderators manages the message board to keep it spam/abuse
free, while any member may be a moderator.
Some guidelines are presented in this page on "topics that may be posted"
as well as on "open forum communiqué".
Useful Input:
This "assamonline" archive based message board is set in Yahoo server
which is free service, but Yahoo may terminate this service if there is
any abuse. At present, this message board is moderated, and we hope this
will not be necessary in the future.
Should individual emails bother, please set the ID to "No Email" feature
and then visit the archive when free. While the other option is to set
the ID to "Daily Digest" etc.
We would request members to contribute to the message board on topics
that is useful to the communities of Assam in general.
Any message that may have posted to assamonline group
- without a subject
- as a forwarded message
- as a personally addressed message
- as a cross-posted message
- and or a message of no importance to assamonline group
will be deleted automatically. Any change of guidelines will be notified accordingly.
