As we are all busy buying some gifts to our children during this
festive season, our friend Purbajyoti Chutia's (former Sports Editor
of Ajir Batori, Amar Asom and then Dainik Batori) five year old
daughter is struggling for life in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.

2.5 lakh now. Worst is that Purba is out of job now.
Once again the journalist friend have approached Himanta Biswa Sharma
who in turn requested a business house to give some money, Today a
group of senior journalist are approching the business house to
collect the money.
Even that is not enough. I appeal all my friends to come forward to
join hands and extend all help and gift the child a new life in this
Diwali. Rather then fence sitter. let us be the part of the solution.
Those who are in Delhi can directly approach Purba, staying in Asom
House and for rest, I am here to do the networking.
If you suggest, I can run a ICICI roaming bank account for easy
deposition and pooling of money.
