Dear Friend,
Responding to an appeal by Mr. Mrinal Talukdar and
Mr. Pranjit Saikia, Media Persons and well wishers all
over the country and abroad came forward to help me
for the treatment of my 5 years old daughter Ria. I
want to let you know that your help came when we
needed it most. Its an overwhelming feeling which can
not be expressed through words. Thank you all.
Meanwhile, a cheque for Rs. 26,000/- ( Twenty Six
thousand only.) was handed over to me at a sombre
function at Guwahati Press Club in presence of fellow
journalist.
At Present, my daughter Ria, who has undergone
surgery for CHOLEDOCAL CYST and ACUTE PANCREATITIS at
Sri Gangaram Hospital, New Delhi, is doing quite well.
Doctors advised liver profile test to be done every
month for the next 6 months and every 6 months
thereafter.
I hope, you will pray for her good health.
