In the opposite side, our SHGs are suffering a lot to get Revolving fund from BDO office, subsidy from govt departments on departmental schemes, remaining bank linkage as loans from Bank & other financial institutions etc etc.
They have to shuttle office to office, bank to bank without any result. Except supports from a few NGOs or individuals, they are mostly alone. The bank linkage has become a major hurdles for rural SHG instead of must expected relief. The BDO offices, Govt offices & banks are making plenty money in the name of SHG.
