You can see Chapter VI on the net and I propose soon to be breaking my not-so-silent silence on this report! We have waited fror two years for this UPA govt to do anything about the report. At last, it has got a sharp rap on its knuckles from the Moily committee, waking it up on this and other issues. Sanjoy
