In brief ISI is used as the "parametric term" in the equation of "abuses/atrocities" on Vaishnavs. ISI - Inconsistently-low-morale native-asSamese Individual native-asSamese - people with roots to Ahom kingdom So an ISI is a native-Asamese origin who committed abuses/atrocities directly or indirectly on Vaishnavs or Vaishnav causes. I have been monitoring such abuses/atrocities since 1990 while a very big percent - 98.43% to a recent estimate since 1990 - of the people who had committed such abuses/atrocities are the people from Ahom kingdom, both Home and Abroad -- thus it is convenient to use single term ISI to represent all such people. My continuing study on abuses/atrocities on Vaishnavs since 1990 enables me to conclude that the native-Assamese (citizen of Ahom land) possess much higher crime rate as opposed to the citizen of the greater Kamrupi Land. ISI case 6: ISIs shot innocent Rajbanshi Vaishnav at Dhubri On 28 August 2007, ISIs working for Assam Police brutally shot innocent Kamrupi youth Prasanta Rai of greater Kamrupi land at Dhubri while Prasanta is from Rajbanshi community and a Vaishnav - this matter is still under investigation.
