Dear Friends, Of late there has been a spate of surrenders by the ULFA rank and file. The numbers are mounting by the day and though the ULFA leaders are trying to put up a brave façade their anxiety would be mounting.
The security forces seem to be getting the upper hand and the lower cadres facing all the heat have decided enough is enough!! They have decided that while the top leaders have a ball in Bangladesh why should they face the bullets and really so!! In fact now more cadres should give up arms and quit the hardship they are facing and come out to surrender. This hopefully would break the back of the outfit and force it to come forward for talks. We could finally look forward for peace in our Assam. regards Girin
