ItÂ’s shame for the State Election Commissioner, Mr. C. K. Sharma and appalling to have a human being like him in India. By at large, this kind of heinous act is to be condemned by the society and the media. An isolated conversation may not stop these behaviors from happening, but a strong media campaign can do.
