[asom] senseless killings

Of late there has been a number of news of the killings between the ULFA cadres 
targeting the surrendered militants. This was also in the news recently for so 
called secret killings during an earlier period. We all feel that any killing 
is senseless and makes no sense to go around killing any one over personal 
enimity.
