1)Firstly,in india no oil company is sitting on
stockpiles. 70 % of our requirement is imported for
whom...the common man whom you profess to support. &
oil companies record losses of crores per day bcoz
they have to sell petrol at 4 Rs loss, Diesel 2 Rs
Loss, LPG 235 Rs kerosene at 16 Rs loss. Later on this
loss is compensated thro govt bonds which are not hard
cash anyway and the companies' credit rating takes a
hit.

2)the price in other countries is less bcoz taxation
is less. In India the production cost is Rs 20 but due
to taxation & excise the price goes up to Rs 48.Its
the govt not the oil companies which raise the prices.
Abt the public, they are supposed to be paying 500 Rs
for a cylinder and 20 Rs for kerosene but the govt
forces the companies to sell at rates below production
cost bcoz of vote bank politics.
3) In India if people do not buy fuel for 1000 days it
will be beneficial to the oil companies. So do it.

& get your facts right !!!!!
