Dear Friends, History repeats itself. Ulfa has again started killing people. Bombs dont differentiate between outsiders or insiders. It was sad on the next day Newspapers to see a father carrying the body of his son injured badly in the blast. It is always these poor bystanders who take the brunt. The difference this time is that people are out protesting against these blasts. Lets join hands with these people and come out protesting against the ULFA and other militants who target the poor and defenseless.
