This is really a great loss to all of us. Damn Peha and his man friday Jung
Bahadur's adventures were no less interesting than Cervantes's Don Quixote. He
cleverly blended knowledge of history and geography with humour an presented to
the younger readers.
I also thought he is none other than late Bhabendranath Saikia till I was
corrected by one of my hostel seniors in Cotton College.
May his soul rest in peace.
