GUWAHATI, Nov 1: The ULFA today said that it had no understanding with any
religious fundamentalist groups nor would they go for any such understanding in
the future. Reacting to the media reports about the possible involvement of the
ULFA in the October 30 serial blasts in the State, the rebel group said in the
editorial of its mouthpiece Freedom that the ULFA was not involved in the
serial blasts. The editorial further said Asom Health Minister Himanta Biswa
Sarma knows the perpetrators of the serial blasts, but he is protecting them.
