Abe, all

If there are 188, that will bring the total z390 opcodes up to 1293.
For current list in the form of macro calls with opcode, description, and
type including a few pseudo instructions for ASSIST, see the z390
regression test rt\test\TESTINS1.MLC which verifies that the assembler
correctly assembles instruction in the expected format. This will be the
first test after adding the 188 new opcodes to z390 assembler. Then I'll
add POPCNT to z390 emulator and test it.
