- you are talking about ALGOL, linkage-conventions, and C.

What was first and what was made after there were bad expiriances with
the original design.... and why did the C-developers not
listen/adhere/learn from past expiriance?

Yea- it broke when the language was brought to the mainframe,
but is that really to blame on the "mainframe"/"the ones designing the
linkage-conventions".
