ITYM "VSC problems", not "VSCR problems"  VSCR, is after all,
the mitigation of the VSC problem.

How much of the VSC[R] problem is due to:

o LPA?

o Other common storage?

o Private code?

o Other?

Obviously, if the problem is due to data, that can be put
in a separate program object and LOADed above the bar, at
the expense of not being able to access it with relocatable
ADCONs.

If due to code, there's no relief prior to RMODE 64 execution.
