Could the "complete high level language" you remember be this one: http://www.oocities.org/siliconvalley/ridge/Ridge/7322/hilmas.htm That link is from oocities.org, which is an archive of the old (and now closed) GeoCities websites. HiLMAs is the name of the language (High Level Macro Assembler). I encountered those web pages years ago myself but never investigated it further.
