That information is in the VTOCs on the volumes where the QSAM file resides,
but to get it you have to OPEN the VTOCs and read them, or use CVAF to get
that information. It's probably more trouble than opening the QSAM file
itself and interrogating the DEB built at OPEN time for the file.
Multi-volume QSAM data sets require handling each volume separately also...
