Chris Blaicher, raised an interesting point about the number of TCBs to be managed within a single address.
Having stated that, I havent seen anyone speak to dividing a single address space into a Multi Address Space design so that there is one instance of the Muti Address Space (MAS)design per LPAR. Each Address Space within the MAS would have a smaller amount of TCBS and each Address Space would perform a specific function/operation. Something like a DB2 subsystem or a CICS MRO configuration. Any Thoughts
