Thanks for the information Steve. Next year I am looking into getting some of your remote training as my employer won't pay for it but I want to be Systems Programmer so I am willing to pay for it myself. Right now I am on team that supports ISV products. We finally upgraded all 8 of our SYSPLEX systems to z/OS 1.12 and to save downtime for RMM and DFHSM reorgs we have been able to take advantage of the CA Reclaim feature new in IDCAMS. Don't know if this would help anyone else but thought I would toss it out there.
