You can OPSYN the RMODE. Of course, that would require getting the OPSYN in at
the top of the deck.

One your first macro call specify a relocatable AL3 - that should cause an
assembler warning. The comment on the AL3 should indicate that.

Or you could emit an RMODE 24 - I would presume that the assembler would use
the most restrictive value.
