Somehow I can't download the file. I have a registered IBM ID but can't login. I just keeps asking me to enter my IBM ID and password without any hint about what is wrong. I requested a new password, but that didn't seem to help either. The site told me I could continue as a registered user after I choose a new password but I get in the same login-loop when I try to download the PoP.
And it all feels quite familiar. I think I had the exact same problem the last time a new version of the PoP was published... Fred!
