Such statements are easily overridden with the Pcontrol option: specify something like PC(ON,GEN) and all source PRINT OFF and PRINT NOGEN statements are effectively nullified. Other listing controls can be managed at the PARM level without doing any source modifications. PCONTROL is documented in the HLASM User's Guide, SC26-4941, page 68.
