Ok I am guilty of being misleading too. If the address space you got the storage from terminates, then the storage goes away too. If you got storage in the server's address space and then your own address space ends, THEN the storage you got in the servers address space will remain allocated UNLESS the server has implemented a mechanism to track and release it. Clear as mud right?
