Where is it documented that any system abend codes are reserved for the use of user SVC routines? For that matter, where is it documented that ANY system abend codes are intended for use by user code? Without such documentation, the use of the word "hijacking" is unwarranted. Would you also contend that S0C7 is assigned to user SVC 199? And, by the way, while I have noticed that for many system abend codes Xnn, the nn corresponds to SVC nn, I can't think of any where this is true for 0nn abend codes. -- Tom Marchant
