ADATA files are created when you assemble a program to be analyzed, specify ADATA as an option, and provide a SYSADATA DD card pointing to a (semi?) permanent data set. If you will do this frequently, it helps to establish a mainframe naming convention so you can identify the data set easily; e.g. userid.ADATA.progname or something similar. Downloading the file to your PC is dependent on how your connection is set up; common are FTP and IND$FILE.
