Martin,

Basically I we are running a STC, and want to query the ccsids on the system so 
I know what languages are in usage. We current support multiple languages very 
primitively. I want to address codepage usage in more of a systematic approach. 
Our LDAP also sends the data to our STC..basically, we decrypt, convert to 
ebcdic ....so you see the reason for my question
