A corollary of the points EJ has just made is that better maintenance
of the HLASM versions of these dual-language macros is called for.

The DSECTs have improved greatly in recent years, but the executed
macro-language statements are often plain wrong, so often that I have
found it advantageous to review them with care before I use them for
the first time.
