Adding to what Dave Cole said,

I'd say that his caution might apply any time you are setting a break 
point on anything that is not your code.

If you're running "your own system" such as zPDT, then you can play fast 
and loose because you might not care if the system crashes. If you're one 
of many users, you're playing with fire.
