AFAIK, LARL does not care about access registers and I don't believe the
assembler or the binder cares about them either, so LARL can only be
resolved by the relative distance between the current location and the
target location, ignoring the contents of the access registers at run time.

It doesn't say, but refers to other instruction such as Branch And Save
Relative Long. But none of those mention the associated AR either.
