Some(?) of the LOC/STOC extended mnemonics are probably just the missing conditions I noticed in the original implementation of these extended mnemonics. Only the COMPARE conditions were originally implemented, the ARITHMETIC and TEST UNDER MASK conditions were missing and I opened a RFE for this.
