I have extracted the information I need from the manuals: mnemonics,
opcodes, assembled instruction formats.

But the I/O instructions (CIO, TIOB, XIO) have an unusual format, and
there were no source code examples.
So you have a copy of the macros you mentioned? Would you be willing to
share these macros?
I'd like to use them to determine the operand formats used in source code.
