Frank, I think it's MUCH easier to stick the load module length right inside the module than obtain it from the system.
All you need is to add something like this at a KNOWN location and re-assemble it L_TAB DC A(TAB_END-TAB_BEG) - TOTAL TABLE LENGTH HTH, -Victor-
