Personally, I'd say "no way in the slightest"; BPAM == Basic Partitioned
Access Method (a way to do things with disk based PDS & PDSE libraries);
BTAM == Basic Telecommunications Access Method (a way to do I/O to non-SNA
telecommunications devices such as asynchronous start-stop (2741), Bisync
(Binary Synchronous) such as non-SNA 3270, and other "terminals". BTAM does
not talk to IP connected devices. I don't even know if you can install BTAM
on a modern z/OS system. It is not orderable.

"No," replies Dr. Heisenberg, "but I know where I am."
