To address previous thoughts, the Assembler Language textbook is copyright IBM 
property. The current plan is assign a SRL to it and add it to the High Level 
Assembler library once it has been converted from Bookmaster format.  We will 
also look at the various samples and see how best to ship them as samples in 
the Assembler library.
