I guess I don't think it is overly useful because I can only point to the
book-as-a-whole. This may be fine for Wikipedia et al. But when I would
really like is to be able to point to a "page" which starts the description
of a particular instruction or section (e.g. point to the description of
the LLZRGF instruction, or directly to "Address Spaces" in chapter 3 (3-23
in dz9zr011.pdf).)
I would _love_ to get my hands on the "source document" (FrameMaker?). But,
then again, fear of IBM legal would prevent me from doing much with it.
