Hello all, I have a question that I was hoping that someone could answer. We have HLASM R6.0 on z/OS V2.2.
I have search through the HLASM installation and Customization guide trying find out if the HLASM option MACHINE(,NOLIST) can be overridden by using MACHINE(Z13,NOLIST) in the assembler parms. Here is the error that I get. No Overriding ASMAOPT Parameters Overriding Parameters- OBJECT,NODECK, MACHINE(Z13,NOLIST) No Process Statements ASMA400W Error in invocation parameter - MACHINE(Z13,NOLIST) This error means The parameter xxxxxxxx is not a recognized assembler option, or is incorrectly specified. I'm not sure why I can't override it. The book says that it can't be used in an *Process statement, but says nothing about it not being able to be used in the parm statement. Can someone please elaborate for me? Thanks. ========================== This email, and any files transmitted with it, is confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed.
