Jim maintained the page on the IBM web site while he worked at IBM. He still 
maintains 
it now that he has left IBM. For your question, I would use either the 
Reference 
Summary corresponding to the model you are running, or Appendix B of the 
Principles 
of Operation for that model.

As others mentioned, a Specification exception means that the instruction is 
used incorrectly.
It does not mean that the machine does not support the instruction.
