z390 Portable Mainframe Assembler and Emulator version z390_v1704.zip now available for download from www.z390.info <http://www.z390.info> What's New: 1. Enhancement of ACALL structured macro support to support passing arguments to called AENTRY routines. 2. Addition of ZPARTRS Z390 Program Analysis Reports to support generation of source line trace of both assembler and zCOBOL programs What's been fixed: 1. Zopcheck now has 2,358 mainframe instructions along with a number of fixes for problems identified by Dan Greiner including: a. Testing 28 instructions supporting immediate 32 bit relocatable fields. b. Testing 167 instructions with relative address fields including 12, 16, 24, and 32 bit fields. c. Fixing several vector instructions with wrong field placements. d. Added STCCTM instruction which is part of machine measurement feature. 2. Corrections contributed by John Ganci: a. Correction to pz390 emulation routine bytes-to-hex. b. Five batch commands updated to correct mixed case affecting Linux. c. Added 16 byte pad to memory allocation to prevent exceptions fetching packed decimal fields. Release notes: 1. See the readme.txt in z390 zip directory 2. Note the included z390.jar was build using Java 11.0.8 which is the oldest version supporting latest Eclipse debugger. Run bat\BLDJAR.BAT to rebuild with your own Java version. 3.
