I  looked at the EZASMI* macros in TCPIP.SEZACMAC. I don't see any
reference to any of the global variables set up by the SYSSTATE macro, nor
any use of the SYSSTATE TEST  macro. So  it appears that the Relative &
Immediate instructions are not supported yet.
