Quick question, has anyone else run into a problem with IPCS on z/OS 2.4 where
the LIST command does not honor the specified length option? No matter what I
specify for the length on a LIST command IPCS just seems to keep wanting to
list storage endlessly? This is not some much of a problem for online analysis
as I can just exit the results of the list after one page but in batch analysis
this is really a hinderance.
For now, I have had to fallback to analyzing with z/OS 2.3 libraries to avoid
this issue but I know it's important to use the same level libraries as the
dump when analyzing. Maybe I am missing something basic or this is fixed in a
future maintenance/APAR/PTF but I just can't seem to find any information on
it.
