Melvyn, Ray, All

Well the latest z390 Macro Assembler will assemble the z15 instructions, but 
the z390 emulator does not support executing them all.
Emulating a parallel processor on another processor that has parallel 
processors would be interesting, but I think I would prefer a z15.
