I see the same behavior with option NOLIBMAC. 
From the manual:
        NOGEN Instructs the assembler not to print statements generated by 
conditional assembly or the processing of a macro
So I guess it makes sense that source of the inline macros, but not the code 
generated, is listed,

Does your assembly have the LIBMAC option in effect?  Look at the first page or 
two to see the list of options in effect.  If it is in effect, though, you 
should see the same behavior for all other library macros as well (if any).  Is 
this the case?
