Toolkit support for compare and jump?

Are there any announced plans for the HLASM Toolkit to exploit the compare and 
branch (relative) instructions on a new form of IF et al? Something like:

         IF    (CLIJ,R1,X'F00',E)
         IF    (CLIJE,R1,X'F00')
