On the project trello board here: https://trello.com/b/OpaED3AT, I have
begun getting serious about the first release.
In the category (column) RealSoonNow, I've tagged things I think are
mandatory for this first release with a green stripe at the bottom.
In the Tentative Release Definitions, I have a card labelled "0.1 - the
Toy release". If you click on this card you can read what I wrote about
that release.
Although you can make comments on the items in Trello, I think having
your comments in the mailing list would be more useful (at least that's
what I think now).
